How you receive what you buy on PieWing.

1. Nothing is shipped

Every package on PieWing is a digital ebook. Nothing is sent by post or courier, and there are no delivery charges.

2. When you get access

The ebook in your package opens in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. After you log in you'll find it under My ebooks, on any phone, tablet or computer. We also email you a receipt for the payment.

If your ebook hasn't opened 30 minutes after a successful payment, contact us with your order number, and we will sort it out within one working day.

3. What you need

An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser. There are no video lessons. Ebooks are read online, page by page, in your account; they are not sent as a file and can't be downloaded or printed. Nothing needs to be installed.

4. How long access lasts

You keep access to everything in your package, including updates we make to the ebooks, for as long as PieWing operates. Access is personal. Sharing your login or the ebook pages is not allowed and can lead to your account being blocked (see the terms).

5. Upgrades

When you upgrade, the bigger ebook opens straight away, and you keep everything you already had.
