These terms are the agreement between you and PieWing for using PieWing: buying ebook packages, reading, and taking part in the affiliate program. By creating an account or buying anything, you accept them. Please read them along with our privacy policy, refund & cancellation policy and earnings disclaimer.

1. Who we are

In these terms “we” and “us” mean PieWing and the people who run it, and “you” means the person using the site. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2. Who can use PieWing

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• PieWing is meant for people in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
• One person may have only one account. The account must be in your own name, with your own email address and mobile number.

3. Your account

• Give true and complete details, and keep them up to date in your profile.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us straight away.
• You may not sell, transfer or share your account, or the team linked to it.
• Your account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on another phone or computer signs you out of the previous one.

4. Packages, ebooks and your access

• A package is an ebook that you read online in your account. When your payment goes through, it opens under My ebooks. Higher packages also include the ebooks of lower packages, as shown on each package page. There are no video lessons.
• Your access is personal and lasts for as long as PieWing operates (“lifetime access”). If we ever decide to close the platform, we will tell you by email in advance.
• We may update, improve, reorder or replace chapters to keep the ebooks useful.
• The ebooks teach skills. They do not promise a job, clients or any income (see the earnings disclaimer).

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
• An upgrade to a higher package costs the difference between the two package prices.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase you have already made.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious mistake, we may cancel that order and refund it in full.

6. Refunds

Our ebooks are digital and open as soon as you pay, so payments are final and not refundable, except in the cases listed in the refund & cancellation policy (for example, if you were charged twice). Access is explained in the delivery policy.

7. Joining and the affiliate program

• To become a member you buy an ebook package, using the promo code of the member who invited you, or our own code if no member did. Your account, team and affiliate links open once the payment is complete. The member whose code you use becomes your sponsor. This cannot be changed later.
• Sharing PieWing is optional. You can simply read your ebooks. If you do share, you do it as an independent member. You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make promises or agreements on our behalf.
• You can earn a commission only when someone actually buys a package or an upgrade. Nobody is paid for signing people up.

8. How commissions are calculated

• Every sale pays a percentage of what the buyer paid: 70% to the member who referred the buyer, 10% to the member who referred them, 5% to the member one step above that. The same rates apply to every package and upgrade. On an upgrade they apply to the upgrade price (the difference).
• Nobody earns a commission on their own purchase.
• You can promote every package. If, at the time of a sale, you own the package sold or a higher one in the upgrade ladder, your commission is worked out on what the buyer paid. Otherwise it is worked out as if the buyer had bought your own highest package: on what they paid, but on no more than that package's price. On an upgrade, it is worked out only on the part of the price difference that is below your own package's price (none of it, if the buyer is upgrading from a package at or above yours). The rest of that level's commission is not paid to anyone. Upgrading later does not change commissions on earlier sales.
• If a member at any level is blocked, no one receives that level's commission.
• The commissions on one order can never add up to more than the buyer paid.
• We may change the commission rates, the hold period or the minimum withdrawal. A change applies only to sales made after it, and this page always shows the current figures.

9. Hold period and withdrawals

• A new commission is on hold for 7 days, to allow for payments that are reversed, and then becomes available to withdraw.
• The minimum withdrawal is ₹500. You can have one withdrawal request in progress at a time.
• Withdrawals are paid only to a UPI ID or bank account in your own name. Add your PAN in your profile before you withdraw: without it, tax law requires TDS at a higher rate. We send the money by hand and show the bank reference (UTR) on your Withdraw page once it is paid.
• Tax (TDS) is deducted from commissions as Indian tax law requires. You are responsible for declaring your income and paying any other tax due on it.
• If wrong payout details from you mean the money goes astray or comes back, we are not responsible for the loss or the delay.

10. Reversed sales

If a sale is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, we may cancel every commission paid on it. If you have already withdrawn that money, your balance goes below zero, and your next commissions pay it off before you can withdraw again.

11. How members must behave

• Be honest. Never promise or suggest guaranteed income, quick money, a job, a salary or investment returns. Never show fake or edited earnings.
• When you share your link, make it clear that you earn a commission if someone buys through it.
• Describe the packages and ebooks accurately, and do not offer refunds, discounts or extras that we don't offer.
• Do not spam: no unwanted bulk messages, calls, SMS or WhatsApp broadcasts, and no bought contact lists.
• Do not create fake or duplicate accounts, or buy in someone else's name to earn a commission.
• Do not pressure anyone to buy, and never ask anyone to borrow money to join.
• Do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are PieWing, and do not create websites or social pages that look like ours.
• Follow every law that applies to you, including India's consumer protection rules for direct selling.

12. Using the site and our content

• All ebooks, text, designs and the PieWing name and logo belong to us or the people who licensed them to us.
• You may use the ebooks for your own learning only. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or upload them anywhere else, or share your login with anyone.
• Ebooks are for your own reading on the site only. Every page shows your name, email and member number. Taking screenshots or photos of the pages to share, copying them or passing them on is not allowed and can lead to your account being blocked.
• Do not try to hack, overload or copy the site, or get into other people's accounts.

13. Suspension and closing your account

• If you break these terms, we may warn you, hold back commissions linked to the breach, or block your account. A blocked account is logged out, loses access and stops earning. For fraud or serious misuse, we may close the account without notice.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time through the Contact page. We pay out your available balance, after TDS, if your payout details are complete and nothing is under review.

14. Limits on our responsibility

• We work to keep PieWing running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
• As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as income or commissions you expected to earn. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under India's consumer protection laws.
• If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these terms (for example, a false promise you made while sharing), you agree to cover our resulting losses.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law or our services change. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you about important changes by email or on the site. If you keep using PieWing after a change, the new terms apply.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact our grievance officer first. Most problems are solved that way. Otherwise, the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office decide disputes. As a consumer, you can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or file a complaint with a consumer commission.
